An active real estate agent moves through five phases of work in a given week — listing, showing, offer, post-offer, lead conversion. Each phase has its specific deliverables: a listing description, a CMA, a showing prep sheet, an offer analysis, an inspection summary, a follow-up sequence. The Realtor AI Assistant ships a Claude skill for each. Sixteen lots, one install.
The catalog below presents six featured lots in detail, then the full inventory of all sixteen — grouped by phase, in the order you'd actually meet them across a week.

the listing appointment
A branded comp report PDF — photos, map, adjustment grid, price recommendation — assembled from the agent's listing presentation playbook. The showpiece of the assistant.
the MLS workflow
Pulls listing copy from property details. Tone, hook, kitchen-and-bath highlights. The everyday workhorse.
tomorrow morning's tour
A property brief for buyers, ready before the showing. Walk-through notes, condition flags, comp shorthand.
the kitchen-table conversation
Compares and ranks purchase offers across multiple dimensions: price, terms, contingencies, financing, buyer profile. For the seller's hardest 24 hours.
Sunday at 5 PM
Personalized email sequences from open-house sign-in data. The leads warmer than a postcard, lighter than a phone call.
the day after the inspector left
Summarizes a 40-page inspection report, drafts a repair request that's actually negotiable. The paperwork that saves the deal.

The inventory below appears alongside the featured lots in
the bundle — this is what gets installed. Phases mirror
the agent's actual week. Each lot's individual SKILL.md
ships inside the plugin.
Install
The assistant ships as a single .plugin file
— a zipped Claude plugin folder, with the
.plugin extension Claude Desktop recognizes.
Download once, install once, all sixteen skills become
available. No MCP server, no API keys, no per-skill
configuration.
Download the plugin file.
The button above. Save realtor-toolkit.plugin
somewhere you can find it — it's a single
file Claude Desktop recognizes as a plugin.
Drag into Claude Desktop.
In Claude Desktop, open Settings → Plugins, then
drag realtor-toolkit.plugin into the
plugin panel. Claude Desktop registers it as a local
plugin. (If your platform doesn't accept the
.plugin extension directly, rename to
.zip, unzip, and drag the resulting
realtor-toolkit/ folder instead.)
All sixteen skills become available.
Restart Claude Desktop (Cmd-Q, then re-open) so the plugin loads. Every skill is now invokable by name or by context — ask Claude to "draft a listing description for…", "summarize this inspection report," "prep the buyer for tomorrow's showings," and the right skill activates.
