1.0 (U) Purpose
This document constitutes the cover sheet for a forthcoming citizen-science operation. The operation will poll the NASA Exoplanet Archive on a weekly cadence, diff yesterday's catalog against today's, and file short survey reports on candidate worlds the editor finds worth sustained attention.
